To make the grain of cherry wood being three dimensional and the surface being transparent, we develop the five-layer technique that means 3layers for base painting and 2layers for top finishing, combining with the high gloss painting. Firstly, rolling paint under the UV line for 3layers of PU base painting so that coloring the bottom color and sealing, the molecular structure. Secondly, spring for the top with PU paint so that the furniture will look be smooth and even. Lastly, the second top painting is to make a comfortable touch and excellent gloss.
